How to Return

2. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective.
